Vine, the six-second video sharing app, is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing social platforms on the market. Twitter introduced the app in January exclusively to iPhone users, but that changed earlier this month. Android users can now join in on the video fun, bringing Vine to a whopping 13 million users after only six months of operation.
